Strawberry Tennis Center offers lessons for any level
Tennis lessons for various skill levels are being offered at Strawberry Tennis Center, located at 1202 Parkside Drive in Pasadena.
Tennis lessons for various skill levels are being offered at Strawberry Tennis Center, located at 1202 Parkside Drive in Pasadena.
Private, one-hour lessons are available by appointment. The cost is $30. Junior group beginner lessons are available at 9 a.m. Saturdays or 5:30 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays. The Saturday lessons are $24 for four, one-hour sessions; the Monday and Wednesday lessons are $40 for eight, one-hour sessions. Junior group advanced lessons are available at 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays. Four, two-hour sessions at this level are $40, and eight, two-hour sessions are $60.
Court fees are $2 per hour from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday through Friday and $3 per hour from 5-10 p.m. Friday, 8 a.m.-6 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m.-6 p.m. Sunday.
The tennis center also offers racket stringing for $10 if players bring their own string or $18 to string a racket with Prince Synthetic Gut.
